The Best Tool for Improving Your Chinese!

The combination of the print and audio versions of the books in this series has helped me improve so much more easily, enjoyably, and rapidly than anything else I've found. This is the closest thing to learning like a small child, absorbing the language naturally. I'm so thankful for these books!

Such a Valuable Learning Tool!

This Mandarin Companion series is the most wonderful way to learn Chinese! I have bought six of these books so far and plan to buy many more. I first bought the simplified books on Kindle, and later bought some of the same ones but with the traditional characters in the print version so I can read at night without the blue light keeping me awake. I also bought the Audible version so that I can improve my listening by listening faster and faster, and so I can repeat after the speaker at pace, and also so that I can listen and follow along in the book in hopes of absorbing new characters like a child does when following along while a parent reads to them. There are so many ways to use these books, and the stories are engaging. Highly recommend!

How is it that this book is so little known and read? We need this book! Those of us who are white Christians, in particular, need the soul work and healing that can begin with the understanding this book offers.

This is such a wonderful way to "read" the Bible! Hearing it in chronological order, it seems much easier to understand. Also, this translation is straightforward and clear. And the reader speaks very clearly and professionally, making it easy to understand, even if you speed up to listen at twice the normal pace. Outstanding.

Outstanding series of lessons!

Thank you Jin Tao and Harold for these amazing lessons. In just a couple of weeks of these lessons (lessons 1-8), I am better able to express myself in Mandarin Chinese than I could in Thai or German after months of classroom study (German) or total immersion (Thai). I hope more levels will be developed in the future. :-)

This is so well done. Easiest way to learn! Keep pushing forward to a level beyond where you're comfortable and then go back to review the previous level and you'll progress quickly.
