Captivating and Conveys an Important Message

The story is told in a way that creates vivid images in your mind. It has historical, including biblical references and conveys concepts of why it’s important to follow your dreams and the irony of the human perspective of the everything around us and everything that happens to us. I listened to the entire book straight through. It was like watching a movie. I’ll definitely listen to it again from time to time.

A Must Have!

This book explained how our brains form habits and how we can change them. I appreciated finally having a book that got to the heart of why it’s so hard to change and gave scientifically based tools, which I can now use to change a multitude of bad habits and develop new ones.
If you’re looking for a good resource to help you jump start your life, I’d recommend this one.
