Wow, just wow
Revisado: 07-30-19
I got this book in a sale after not even properly reading the synopsis. Honestly I’d thought it a bit odd but still sounded interesting, I was about 30 min in when certain things brought me to the conclusion that I had just started an epic book.
If you have problems with m/m relationships then this might not be the book for you, but if you’re in the mood for something that hits you right in all the feels this is it. I finished this book as fast as possible.
I was constantly laughing or grinning at the human pack and the wolf pack. I really liked the way the characters grew and changed and adapted.
Some parts were a bit slow perhaps or a bit drawn out, but they didn’t feel unrealistic when it comes to treating a relationship and its struggles.
And the bad guy... was shudder worthy. I actually felt a bit like gagging at one point. Yet that is how a true story teller draws in their audience. By making them feel.
So for me 9/10 and that is a rare rating for me. I am glad to continue this series.

Historia
It's not every day that a beautiful, naked woman falls out of the sky and lands face-first on grizzly shifter Berg Dunn's hotel balcony. Definitely, they don't usually hop up and demand his best gun. Berg gives the lady a grizzly-sized t-shirt and his cell phone, too, just on style points. And then she's gone, taking his XXXL heart with her. By the time he figures out she's a honey-badger shifter, it's too late. Honey badgers are survivors. Brutal, vicious, ill-tempered survivors.

Hilarious read
Revisado: 06-21-19
I found this a great break from epic fantasy and other more dark reads. Its full of fun silliness and humor. The main leads don’t just jump into bed with each other which is a nice thing. Its the equivalent of eating popcorn while watching a corny but fun movie and I really enjoyed it.

An interesting read
Revisado: 06-21-19
While sometimes this book can be a little slow overall it has fantastic world building and believable fleshed out characters.
It has both touching and terrible scenes and while sometimes I just want Sorcha to get past certain experiences it’s realistic that she doesn’t and has to work through it in her own way.
Overall a good read, and I will eventually read the next one.

Cute with some steam
Revisado: 05-10-19
This was a fun easy listen, and the narrator did a great job. The perspective of someone with autism was actually fairly good as I know two individuals who are on the spectrum and described similar feelings and sensations.
The characters are a entertaining group and its worth the time to listen

Revisado: 05-09-19
I haven’t actually read a lot by Brandon Sanderson but for both fans and those new to his work this is a fantastic book. I recommend for both young adult and those interested in a space adventure full of fighter ships and sky battles.
I liked the characters and especially their growth and the world building/ plot was pretty good.
An all around good read and I will be getting the next in the series.

Yes! Another good book
Revisado: 05-05-19
I’m a fan of Django Wexler and this book did not disappoint. Strong female characters and a very interesting world. I will happily look forward to the next book.
If you have a problem with LGTB romance in a book then you’d best avoid this but to me it isn’t a problem and if anything is welcome as its hard to find a good read that includes it.
There was a couple small things that bugged me but they might be answered in the next book.

I was actually impressed with the amount of detail the book had about some characters that are mere mentions in the movie and found the growth of them to be very interesting. I’m definitely glad I listened to the book

Historia
For Meredith Gale, ending her life seems like her only choice, and that choice is the reason she’s dangling by her fingertips from a bridge high above the freezing water of the San Francisco Bay. But someone or some thing has other plans for Meredith, and as her fingers slip from the cold steel of the bridge, a disembodied voice asks her a simple question: “Candidate 13: Do you wish to be saved?” Realizing her mistake too late, Meredith screams “Yes!” and instantly finds herself transported to a mysterious island, alongside hundreds of other Candidates like her.

100% in like with this book
Revisado: 04-06-19
I absolutely cannot wait to read the second book. Out of hundreds of books i’ve read this one somehow had an incredibly unique experience between the plot, world building and the characters.
I truly enjoyed the characters and how they changed through the book and I recommend this to anyone who likes alternative universe themed books.

A fun read
Revisado: 04-06-19
While this is not necessarily a difficult read it is a fun one, I felt it followed the first book well and the plot has only built since then.
I will gladly listen to the next volume, and am also happy that it doesn’t leave on a cliffhanger. Also for the first series of an author that he narrated himself Josh Erikson has done a great job

Historia
The Tower of Babel is the greatest marvel in the world. Immense as a mountain, the ancient Tower holds unnumbered ringdoms, warring and peaceful, stacked one on the other like the layers of a cake. It is a world of geniuses and tyrants, of airships and steam engines, of unusual animals and mysterious machines. Soon after arriving for his honeymoon at the Tower, the mild-mannered headmaster of a small village school, Thomas Senlin, gets separated from his wife, Marya, in the overwhelming swarm of tourists, residents, and miscreants.
