Historia
Have you ever desired, deep within your soul, to make a comfortable full-time living from a farming enterprise? Too often people dare not even vocalize this desire because it seems absurd. It's like thinking the unthinkable. After all, the farm population is dwindling. It takes too much capital to start. The pay is too low. The working conditions are dusty, smelly and noisy: Not the place to raise a family. This is all true, and more, for most farmers.

Great value!

Ive often heard Joel talk about Biodynamics and basics like, happy healthy animals make healthy delicious food, but to hear him go in depth on the marketing and economics that go into farming just goes to show how well rounded and experienced Joel is. This book is full of great applicable info that doesn't have to stay within a farm context!

Comfortable Being Uncomfortable
Revisado: 05-09-22
I have listened to many of these talks multiple times. The ones with the Italian researchers are among my favorites. I'm a bit biased because Italian food is my favorite food on the planet for some reason (I'm Mexican) but despite this, I enjoy listening to this guest(s) speak! The content of the info is insightful and the cherry on top being the Italian accent. I think that this language barrier draws me to listen to these interviews more than the 'english-speakers'. Not to say that the other guest don't have great info and insight. Point being, as a musician, I have been trained in the sense that the more you dwell in musical situations that make you 'uncomfortable' the better you can move through the weird time signatures and meters that you may encounter in organic live performances!
TLDR; listen and listen again. Then listen a few more times... and then keep listening to ensure you comprehend the material, and there's no doubt in my mind that something(s) of value will be gained. Much love to the architects of the "New Biology".

Historia
World renowned scientist, Dr. Gerald Pollack, takes us on a fantastic voyage through water, showing us a hidden universe teeming with physical activity - providing simple explanations for everyday phenomena, which you have inevitably seen but not really understood. Have you ever wondered how do clouds made up of dense water droplets manage to float in the sky? Why don't your joints squeak as they rub together? Why do you sink in dry sand, but not in wet sand? Pollack uses a recent and fundamental scientific finding - EZ water - to help explain these and many other head-scratchers.

Pollack did an amazing job in explaining the many properties of EZ water and it's various mechanics. Like he says, you just need a basic understanding of molecular charges with a good side of logical thinking. You win, you demystified water for me and I accept your apology ^.^
