After waiting so long for this book to come out I can’t believe it’s already over!!!!! It’s Absolutely ridiculous how fast the chapters flew by!!! As always the story kept me hanging on every word, with this author I can never guess what will happen next. Excellent read, I will not give away any spoilers. Just read this series- they are all fabulous. Hurry on the next installment... PLEASE!

I really thought I would not like this book as much as I loved the previous in the series. A whole story dedicated to grouchy, narrow minded Chaol Westfall???? I have never been so excited to be so wrong!! The entire world has been expanded and you realize this story is about to explode! Everything fits together seamlessly and the new and background information is awesome. This entire series has never been dull or what is expected, Sara J. Mass is brilliant in her character and world building. The Narrator Elizabeth Evans does an amazing job in the telling of the story. She is always fluid and her voices are never forced. Just listen to this whole series, and then listen again. It is worth the investment!

This book was epic! The writer does an amazing job of keeping the story alive. I can not believe the 25 hours flew by in a matter of days! There are so many twists and turns and I am heartbroken by the ending! I will be plotting in my head until the next installment! Please hurry!😊

I never really write these reviews but always read them. There were some iffy ones that made me a little hesitant to purchase, but man am I glad I did.
There aren't many books that I hadn't figured out at least half way thru the listen- this book was the exact opposite. The author really keeps you guessing until the end.
When I realized with one hour to go there would not be a solid ending I purchased book two! The narrators were fabulous- all in all great book! Thank you!

The only thing I did not love about this book had nothing to do with the story or the reader, it was the music! Make sure to have your volume control ready to turn it down! You are absorbed in the story and bam! Blaring surround sound piano chords! It over powers the reader at times. However- I would listen again in a heart beat!
