I wanted the words, not the music
Revisado: 08-31-23
This is an excellent book. I wish I could have listened to it without the strain of sorting out the words from the musical noise. I won't call it background music--it's foreground music! I could hardly hear the narration. How this ever got past the audible staff I can't imagine.

Historia
In this landmark book of popular science, Daniel E. Lieberman - chair of the department of human evolutionary biology at Harvard University and a leader in the field - gives us a lucid and engaging account of how the human body evolved over millions of years, even as it shows how the increasing disparity between the jumble of adaptations in our Stone Age bodies and advancements in the modern world is occasioning this paradox: greater longevity but increased chronic disease.

What he says is excellent
Revisado: 09-09-22
What he says is excellent, and the first two or three times he tells me, I say yes, that's so true. The fifth or sixth time, I say, yes, you said that before. I got it.

This is, compared to the other Lizbeth Salander novels, like Jack in the Bean Stalk compared to The Illiad.
