I started waking up at 5am the day after reading this

Could it really be as easy as giving myself a reward for waking up early? It apparently was for me. After listening to this, I bought a bag of chocolate. I have my alarm on the dresser across the room. I dumped the chocolate in the top drawer and now I get to eat chocolate as a reward for dragging myself across the room to turn off my alarm. I've successfully woken up and stayed up every morning I have tried this. It feels great having time to set up a healthy routine. My only gripe is the narration. I hate the virtual voice narrating that some books have on here. It just feels impersonal.

The constant narrator swapping was disorienting, and one of them had usually had his last word cut off before the next section started. Some of them repeated the same dialog. The whole experience felt schitzophrenic. This is the first time I've ever regretted the use of a credit. It just felt like they all narrated with varying equipment and then gave a child the recordings to edit together. I didn't even make it halfway through before I couldn't stand it any longer.
