Historia
The Psychopath Test is a fascinating journey through the minds of madness. Jon Ronson's exploration of a potential hoax being played on the world's top neurologists takes him, unexpectedly, into the heart of the madness industry. An influential psychologist who is convinced that many important CEOs and politicians are, in fact, psychopaths teaches Ronson how to spot these high-flying individuals by looking out for little telltale verbal and nonverbal clues. And so Ronson, armed with his new psychopath-spotting abilities, enters the corridors of power.

Informational and entertaining
Revisado: 06-16-23
I learned a lot from this audiobook. Yes, I learned about psychopathy and the test that assesses them (which I already considered myself pretty knowledgeable about), but I also learned a lot about psychiatry and the adjacent industries surrounding it. A delicate balance of narration, criticism, and interpretation of the field. I’m not always a fan of the author as the narrator, but I think Jon Ronson did a fantastic job.

Best organization book I’ve read thus far
Revisado: 12-27-22
Hands down the best book I’ve read about organization because it addresses how and why clutter is created for people, and organizes the person instead of the stuff.
I hope everyone in my life (past present and figure) who lives with me considers reading this book. It transformed my ideas about organization and myself as a “messy” or “disorganized” person. It’s also helped me understand how other people in my life function and operate to better accommodate both/all organization styles.

Great short horror stories
Revisado: 09-09-22
I honestly loved each and every short horror story in this collection. I’m normally not a big fan of audio productions, but the sound effects of this one were not overdone and used very tastefully. Each story lingered in my mind for one reason or another after I’d listened to them.

Super okay
Revisado: 08-15-22
It was good for what it was, a quick nothing mystery that was relatively predictable but still entertaining.

Beautiful, captivating, everything I hoped for and more
Revisado: 02-03-22
This book was beautiful and captivating from start to finish. I was careful not to read reviews before listening, but it was hard not to hear some sort of hype about this book. It completely meets and even exceeds the high expectations set for the surrounding buzz surrounding this story. The narrator was a soothing accompaniment and helped breathe life into this magical story. Highly recommend both the print/ebook and audible narration version.
