I've spent my life studying (and practicing) psychology and I agree with you when you say a psychologist would not be able to help you. You are already more psychologically healthy than the 10 most healthy people I know!

I was disappointed that he didn't "perform" his characters. He just kind of read them.

Roger Depue was an admirable example of a law enforcement professional. Interesting accounts of his work in some of the most notorious crimes in the nation. Some images will be hard to forget and you'll wish you never saw/heard them.

One of the best books I've read (or listened to). I highly recommend you listen to it on audio because of the delivery. I can only discribe it as unrelenting. It had me on edge, heart pounding. Even though I'm not into sports and I'm not into war stories, particularly, I am into stories of survival and miracles and this is a story of both.
