This is a great uplifting listen. I highly recommend Dr. Chatterjee’s podcast “Feel Better Live More” as a registered nurse, I know there is more to wellness, than pharmaceuticals for symptoms. there are many keys to wellness in this book.

I had never read a Colleen Hoover book I didn’t like until…

I was really enjoying this trilogy until the third book. I couldn’t even get through the whole thing because of the fake Texas accent…atrocious. Even putting it on double-speed, I was only able to listen to a portion of each chapter, and it was mostly repetition of the first two books. -Disappointed in Texas

I’ve known a Beth Moore for years and have deep, southern Baptist roots myself, being the daughter of missionary parents.
I’m so grateful she shared her full story. May the LORD bless her for telling the truth and living the Gospel.

Beautiful picture of vulnerability

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Demi read her own story. I’m not sure if she will read reviews, given how she has been treated by the public in the past, but as a 59-year-old woman and mother myself, knowing life is full of beauty and regrets, thank you Demi for sharing.

It is hard to put words to the feelings brought forward by this book. I lost my 88-year-old mother only 10 days after losing my 89-year-old father to Covid. He had been my mother’s rock and Caregiver. I knew it was debilitating him, which is the only reason he succumbed to the virus. My mother had Parkinson’s disease and,we deducted, Lewy bodies dementia.
Both of my parents were foreign missionaries to Honduras for 30 years, retired in 1997 living full lives after retirement. I have rethought my mother’s “ letting go “after her mid term memory actually accepted the fact that her caregiver and husband of 64 years was gone. I relate to so many things in this book and it brought me peace that her suffering with her dementia was relatively short lived. Yes, at age nearly 60 myself, it is terrifying to think that my life could impose this kind of reality on my 7 children. Time to put my wishes in writing should this be God’s will for my life.
