Historia
Henry Bins is only awake one hour a day. Can you imagine only being awake for one hour each day? Can you imagine having to cram your entire existence into sixty measly minutes? Two minutes to shower. Three minutes to eat. Five minutes to watch TV. And in that 3600 seconds you have awake, imagine that you have to figure out...Who murdered the woman across the street?

Good story and very entertaining
Revisado: 09-01-24
I didn't think I would like a story about a guy who is only awake an hour a day but I loved the Thomas Prescott series and decided to give it a try. I loved these books! The animals and his interaction with them is the sort of thing I enjoy. It definitely brings humor into the mix. I haven't read/listened to a Nick Pirog story that I didn't enjoy and these are no exception! Interesting storylines and wonderful characters.

Historia
The Girl of Sugar Beach is the most watched documentary in television history - a riveting, true-life mystery that unfolds over 12 weeks and centers on a fascinating question: Did Grace Sebold murder her boyfriend, Julian, while on a Spring Break vacation, or is she a victim of circumstance and poor police work? Grace has spent the last 10 years in a St. Lucian prison, and reaches out to filmmaker Sidney Ryan in a last, desperate attempt to prove her innocence. As Sidney begins researching, she uncovers issues that were all overlooked during the original investigation.

It doesn't really end!
Revisado: 09-01-24
I enjoyed the book until the end or where it stops. There really wasn't much resolution in this story. If you like stories that don't really wrap up this book is for you. You learn a lot of things but are left to imagine some others. It is well written but not my kind of story.

overall good story
Revisado: 06-21-24
The story was pretty good. It was very intriguing in the beginning but towards the end got a little ridiculous and just silly. It did wrap up well. Overall I enjoyed the story. I will also add that I am politically conservative and this book is very much white man bad other people good. It hits on all of the social highlights of today. I realized a long time ago that if you can't ignore that crap and just enjoy a story you can never read a modern book or watch a modern show again. The narration was good. Some of the voices were a little hard to hear at times but that is the nature of the beast with multiple narrators and headsets. Overall it is worth listening to!

Terrible Narration
Revisado: 05-26-24
The story itself was good. Listening to it was very frustrating. This was my first time listening to an audio book with A-I narration and it was terrible. The voice doesn't change at all from one character to another so it is sometimes confusing as to which character is speaking if you aren't paying close attention. If there is any inflection in the voice it is wrong. If I had had another book downloaded at the time or time to look for one I probably would not have finished it!

I enjoyed the characters in this series. They were relatable and interesting. I found the story to be engaging and believable. This is the best post apocalyptic series I've listened to in a while.
