Good book bad reading

I enjoy the storyline of the series. However the virtual reading is not so good. The voice is to monotone even with an attempt at inflection. The speed is off and unpredictable at times. Even with making adjustments manually through my speed control. I know this keeps cost down and helps the artist who is writing the books cost wise. but if this is the wave of the future I may just go back to reading only.
My Waze app has a better reader if you were going to use virtual reading improve it.
With that said the book itself was entertaining.

looking forward to the next in the series

great book this is number two in a series and now I wait for number three. storyline moves very well mother-daughter Duo has a great flow and is enjoyable to read about,. other characters are interesting, with a good storyline and a sheriff that isn't made out to be stupid and inept. the book has mystery and moments of comedy.

Gave up couldn’t finish the book

First the book should’ve been listed as bad soft porn. Second it was just bad, I feel the author has unresolved issues with her sexuality. What could’ve been a good storyline turned out to be A story of a woman who pees herself and then discovers masturbation she degrades her body constantly and overall talks foul and degrading throughout the book. I am not a prude however I could not figure out why the author felt she needed to say some of the things she was saying. It seemed that she talked this way just for the sake of using the foulest sentences she could come up with. Very disappointed in this author and sorry that I wasted a credit

I gave the performance five stars because this was not the readers fault.

Old characters new stories

I was sad at first to see that several series were over. But then there’s this new series it does a great job of bringing them all together and creating new storylines. Looking forward to more

Another great book

Story line great, Nice twists and turns.
This narrator should just have read the book and not tried accents or genders she cannot do them. Listened to the whole book, truly painful at times. The reader was unbelievably out of her comfort zone.
If she reads the next book I’ll buy the paper back

Wonderful new story

Although it may be a short book it was Full of everything you want in a book, intrigue suspense and a lovely ending. It moved nicely. I enjoyed the characters and I am hopeful that this will become a new series???

Another great series

Great start to a new series. Love the location and the plot. Characters are interesting and the whole book is well thought out. Looking forward to what I hope will be a long journey. Love that you brought back the let’s call them chapter starters, don’t want to spoil it for anyone.
