This book lacks graphic sexual warnings! I thought I was going to learn about ADHD, but as I listened today while I woke up and got ready, I'm having to hear about a woman with a weight problem and how she lost her virginity to her dad when she was young. I don't want to say the age since it was quite disturbing, but I definitely DID NOT need that crap in my head! WTF?! I'm sure it's a great book, but the authors could have explained the correlation between weight gain and safety, etc without going into those graphic details. He could have just said that a lady who experienced incest when she was young, or even just leave it out although and just make the point based on the fact that due to her past she gained weight in order to feel safe. Man this pisses me off, this just screwed up my day and now I can't get back on track, because ya know, ADHD! Please like this review so that others will see this warning!

The Bible 2.0

I have been an Audible subscriber for 10-15 years with hundreds of books, and this is the only book you need for your spiritual, mental, and physical health. I have been devouring all things health related all day every day for 2 years now since my health went downhill. The suffering has been immense, which is why I have been trying to fit the pieces of this puzzle together since the healthcare system has been of no help. This book has everything I have learned from all best sources, and a lot that I didn't know, and it's all put together in a concise and effective manner.

This is the only book you need to truly change or tweak your life in any way that it's lacking or if you just want to make things even better. This one book has the answers you're looking for. History will look back on Dave Asprey because this is the true way of being and living and thank goodness he has figured this all out and is sharing his knowledge with the rest of of. I feel like I finally have all the pieces to my puzzle and can start feeling better and doing better very soon. What a lifesaver and a relief.

Gamechanger

This was a life-changing experience for me. I literally went to my partner and told him that there are very few days in your life when your mind is blown, and that after hearing episode 1 today was one of those days for me.

At this time in our life, we happened to have started ketamine assisted therapy to change our mental health and our lives. Part of this treatment involves music therapy to assist in this endeavor. As it turns out, it is key, along with the ketamine, to literally change your brain and health.

This podcast opened up a new world of understanding and well-being through sound. Thank you for everyone involved for putting this out into the world. It helped us tremendously. I am grateful for this experience and felt better after each episode despite the significant turmoil I have been dealing with. This podcast is on my daily grateful list.

Transformers Movies

This story is just like the Transformers movies, except that it was very boring. Go ahead and waste your time like I did based on all the good the reviews though. Then come back and give this review a like or whatever, since the whole time you'll be wondering when will it get good. I will give this 2 stars instead of 1 since there are 2 exciting parts, however, they are very short lived.

ABSOLUTE WORST NARRATOR EVER!

Why in the world is everyone giving this 5 stars?! I am so sick of the rah-rah mentality in this county and everyone always leaving good reviews everywhere that aren't deserved. The content may be worth 5 stars, who knows, I can't bear listening to it. I have been an Audible monthly subscriber for 10 years and this is the absolute worst narrator I have ever heard. He sounds like an idiot high school kid trying to read a tough text book in front of the class. The other reviewer saying the same thing was completely right! Just do yourself a favor and either buy the book or go with another credit repair audiobook, there are plenty of good ones to choose from.

3 Star Story

I am so tired of all the overly positive reviews everywhere. Be accurate for crying out loud. This is not a 4.6 story as the hundreds of reviews would lead you to believe. Yes, this is good story, but it is way too long and repetitive. It is essentially 25 hours of, "Maybe we should get ___" and "Oh, that's a good idea, I never thought of that." Come back here and tell me you didn't hear that same scene play out at least 50 times!

NOT a 5 Star Book

I really enjoyed all of Taylor's other books, including this one, but it is not worth the 5 stars that everyone is giving it. It is very predictable (Thanks for the spoiler on the cover of the book!) and there is a lack of ongoing description of the characters. Sure they were briefly described at one time at the very beginning when you are still getting your bearings, but a little into the book when you are feeling comfortable with things there are no adjectives used to describe the 6 students. This disappointment makes it difficult to picture them in your head. Besides those 2 things, it is a very exciting and fast-paced story. Lastly, Porter is a great narrator, however, his female voices vary very little and makes it very frustrating and confusing at times.
