Historia
The day millions of people mysteriously vanished from planet earth, the world was forever changed. Oddly enough, most of us that remained thought it was a change for the better. But that was wrong… way wrong. World leaders hailed this new era as a return to the golden age. Life was supposed to be better than it had ever been. But we were just in the calm before the storm. The four horsemen of the apocalypse were waiting in the wings, and the world was rushing head long into a period of death and destruction like we had never imagined. Somehow I made it through alive… that’s ...

I know they cuss a little bit in this, but then again it feels far more realistic that way. At least they didn’t use the other word.

It was an interesting read! Especially that Blackbeard was secretly alive (which is kind of like the TV show “Crossbones”).

I only wish that the narrator could’ve did a few more voice impersonations for the characters.

Historia
WEREWOLVES OF THE CARIBBEAN The year is 1718, and London writer Rupert Aston Burke encounters an opportunity he can’t resist—cross the Atlantic to join the famous pirate Blackbeard and chronicle his adventures in a book. Such a definitive account of the pirates of the Caribbean would make him the literary star of London. There’s only one problem. Once he’s aboard Blackbeard’s ship, he can't leave. Worse still, when the pirates take a prisoner named Benjamin Carlyle, Burke soon learns that Blackbeard’s not the only monster in the Caribbean. Equal parts pirate book, werewolf book,...

This was quite an enjoyable, read! At first, I was confused on where the story took place. I first suspected perhaps in the 1780s. Overall, the story was awesome!

In his awe-inspiring series of prequels to Left Behind, Jenkins reveals the shocking revelations that lead our world to the rapture. I kind of see now that this is not exactly a end of the world scenario, but sort of a “what if” idea if religion was banned all over the world. I would not like to live in a world like that. All of us need God and we have the right to seek him. As for the ending, I’m glad that the ban on religion is lifted, but like Paul, who is the say, when the real end of days will come, and Christians will once again be persecuted.

Did you know? Most scholars say we cannot learn the identity of the Antichrist today. Indeed, they believe that looking for him at the present time is a waste of time. Author Charles K. Bassett takes Scriptures and shows why the conventional wisdom is almost certainly wrong and why it’s not only possible to determine the identity of the Antichrist today, but why God actually wants us to try to determine it!

An intriguing read
Revisado: 05-16-23
What the writer proclaims in this book I say is possible. Indeed, we can still be on the lookout for the antichrist before the rapture, or even if the rapture does not come. It is best to be ready and to keep our eyes peeled for anyone who lines up with the scripture relating to the false one. Unless the guy fulfills all the prophecies of the antichrist, then he is not the one.

Incredible how the author made Christopher Goodman (the Antichrist) so deceptive and attractive to the world throughout the trilogy and to at last discover his true colors in Chapter 10! And the description of Christ’s Return was excellent as well as the ending! And how well the events aligned with the prophecies of revelation!
