If you didn't know by now Jenni Bara is one of my absolute favorites. But when she wrote this book, it's like she was inside my head. As a mama of 3 neurodiverse kiddos this book made me feel seen, heard and know that i was not alone.
Not only does she not disappoint with her writing like ever but it's clear that her choice is narrators for each audiobook is something she doesn't seem to fail at either. Stephen and Erin are the perfect choices for Kyle and Harper. Another audiobook from this series that made me find every excuse to do all the adult chores i want to avoid! They bring ever emotion to life. The uncertainty, the anxiety, excitement, love and all the things in between just flow from the speakers!
This was my top read of 2024! For all the reasons. Harper and the personal connection i felt to her. Her strength. Her fight. Piper because of how I saw each of my kiddos in her. Kyle because damn this man. He's amazing. The way he was a jerk but redeemed himself. How he became a support. For not just Piper and Sam. But someone that Harper could lean on and trust. Even if it did take some time. And groveling. This book will always hold a special place and my heart and I'm so glad Jenni wrote it! ❤️

HOLY SMOKE SHOW!!! This audio is hot as hell!!! Over the last 6 months I have fallen in love with audio books. When I read this book i immediately fell in love with Daddy Wilson the way his character was so strong in his wants and needs. The way he cared for Wren. The way he held his ground when she wavered. While reading you could feel the emotions come off the pages. So I knew the audio was going to be freaking amazing. And it was all that and more. Hearing the desperation, the love, the fear, all the highs and lows. The reassurance, the way each of them settles, the hurt and anger and then the relief and healing. All of the emotions just brought so much more to this already amazing book. It's just a different experience! And for every Daddy Wilson and baby girl that is spoken you just melt!
I don't think Jenni could have picked better narrators! I devoured this audio. I literally found every reason to have an ear bud in or be in my car. I could not stop!

Ohhh how this audiobook was absolutely delicious! I absolutely devoured this! I found every excuse to be in the car needing to know what happened next!
What was only supposed to be a one night stand turned to more! He was forbidden. Her brother's old teammate. Their chemistry is absolutely insane. It's what reels you in! One night just isn't enough for Rowan and when he wakes up alone he's off kilter until he walks into the dinner with his teammates and sees her there.
She's not looking for anything more than fun. No feelings. But when you're spending all this time with someone intimately it's not as easy as it sounds to keep feelings out. Watching these two let eachother in, fall in love, and grow separately and together is amazing. Throw in some parental drama, her brother being traded home and adding more drama, and secrets! And watching it all unfold.
The spice and all the feels. The banter between the guys! This book was def worth a listen! And will be one i go buy in kidle and Paperback version! So I can love it all over again. Absolutely loved! And can not wait for the rest of the guys at The Nest to find love! What a way to kick off a new series!

I am not usually an audio girlie. I'm easily distracted and feel like I miss too much of the story! That being said I loved this book so much I decided to give the audio a try and I absolutely loved it! I was sucked in, easily locked on. made chores and driving so much more fun! And quicker! and the narrators really brought the story to life! I loved What the Heart Wants when I started it, but I'm even more in love with it now! if you're looking for an amazing story, and an audio that sucks you in and keeps you locked in, START HERE!! so freaking good!
