The audiobook is helpful for everyone who is being pressured by someone who is taking charge or a great manipulator, whether in an organization, in a social group, or at home. It presents awesome frameworks and methods in dealing with your emotions and provides really useful knowledge about emotional manipulation. This audiobook helped me piece together everything I know about emotional control and emotional manipulators. I have started reflecting on this book and little by little I am finding that the knowledge I got here is helpful in real life situations and personal decisions.

This book has helped me break free from negative thought patterns. I’ve been finding it difficult to sleep because of constant worrying and I get stuck in a never ending loop of uncontrollable negative thoughts. However, after listening to this, I’ve more or less eliminated my negative thinking. I’ve stopped thinking about the problems and actually started solving them. Highly recommended audiobook!

I've tried so many self-help books on how I can improve my reading skills but I failed. This one, however, is just amazing. This book is highly recommended especially for those who want to dramatically improve their reading, comprehension, and study skills. This is really great! Highly recommended.

An excellent material and is so easy to understand. I highly recommend the author’s way of identifying what people do to get away with in life. All the years of experience he has in the field and in the office setting makes him a professional in his own right. Analyzing body language can be a hard thing to learn and employ. I can attest to that. I wasn’t particularly good at guessing how others feel or reading their body language response. While I am still socially scared to talk with a lot of people I don't know, this book did provide insight into what certain gestures mean and what I could be portraying to people without even knowing it.

If there is something we need to understand about the world is that almost all types of relationships no matter how healthy will arrive at a certain point where we meet an opposing side. It is easy enough to accept this fact around people who we do not consider as significant in our lives, right? Wrong! This audiobook made me realize the significance of every human interaction in understanding the beautiful and complex dynamics of different genders, beliefs, and personalities in this world.

This audiobook will give you a holistic point of view of people’s differences, why people disagree, the unhealthy ways people react towards conflict, and the ways on how to change that. I think anyone would agree, we are doing some of it wrong. Hence, these 7 techniques are I think very crucial to know. It has very detailed content, however, there are still some interesting subjects raised that I want to hear more about. After completing this audiobook, I am compelled to be more inquisitive and curious about the beautiful complexities of human nature and the art of harmonizing all that makes us human.

This is an excellent and well-organized audiobook that should be stock of every neophyte, journeyman or expert in training.
Author John R. Torrance says there is a better way for adults and children to learn than the way we have been training and educating people. His argument is simple and compelling by asking us to recall learning experiences that were rewarding and fun, such as learning to ride a bicycle, swim, ski, or cook a meal. These techniques are also filled with images and mind-mapping to enhance long-term learning and memory.

i am being treated for PTSD and my therapist gave me this audiobook. The audiobook and accompanying disk are doing more for me than drugs or anything else I have tried; helping me step aside and observe my swirling thoughts and emotions rather than being swept away with them.
