This book has helped me more than any other book
Revisado: 10-08-24
There are really no words to describe my thanks, that this information even exists. Nothing has ever “soothed my spirit” before. The understandings conveyed here helped me move and settle tremendous energy, and helped bring out the most authentic awareness of self I never thought possible. Thank you Metatron! Thank you Nina! I have listened to this about 10-11 times. It sounded like a new book each time for the first 4-5 pass-throughs. I listen to it anytime I feel energetically lost or in disarray. The spiritual context in this book is truly transformative. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Historia
In The Power of Strangers, Joe Keohane sets out on a journey to discover what happens when we bridge the distance between us and people we don’t know. He learns that while we’re wired to sometimes fear, distrust, and even hate strangers, people and societies that have learned to connect with strangers benefit immensely.

enjoyed hearing the exercises they tried. lots of great workable takeaways to apply immediately and the history gives nice context to human behaviour. a little long, but I'm not mad.
