This podcast was very informative and deals with real issues. I especially appreciated there wasn't a TON of language so I could get more out of the time and content without feeling like I have to clean out my brain afterwards. Sadly, a lot of BJJ podcasts can't say the same. In addition, I like the host's personality which makes the information interesting and easy to take in.
