All my life I have been struggled with emotional eating, at first I did not knew what it was but I always know that something is wrong because each time am upset I would alway use food to get over my feeling.thanks to barrett for making it possible with this wonderful work book!

A family member of mine is living with obsessive compulsive disorder and this Workbook contains a lot of information that can be of great help.and I also loves how Barrett used is own personal experience to help persons living with ODC.

I've never suffered from anger management issues myself, however i was brought up in a home where my dad suffered from what i now believe was anger management. This book really allowed me a deeper understanding of identifying the warning signs and preventing history from repeating itsellf in my life. Truly happy my coworker recommended this book to me.

Peaceful and entertaining It was most impressive seeing how vulnerable and relatable the author was. This was no doubt another great contribution to how we manage/ treat BPD.
