Historia
Sundays are Anthony's day to be himself. To be the woman he hides from everyone else. To be normal. When he's forced off the side of the road, though, everything changes. As soon as he sees the man rushing to the side of his wrecked car, Anthony's heart races. And not just because this man could discover his secret. When he feels his touch, Anthony's body feels like it could explode. And when the man insists on seeing him again—insists on a date—Anthony knows that he has to say no. He can't let this man into his life. He has too much to lose. But would one date really be that bad?

A cute short story about embracing your true self
Revisado: 10-10-24
I really liked this story as a whole. I do wish there would have been a little bit more detail to the last part of the final chapter. Nonetheless, I feel like the author did well tying the story together.

Historia
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

Extremely f*cking captivating!

I have never been a believer in self help books but the title was definitely eye catching and I had a credit that was about to expire so I figured "Why not?" Conclusion? If your looking for a good listen then this book is DEFINITELY for you. Mark Manson the author delivers a no bullsh*t, no nonsense, and profound view of life and the world we live in. I've never had an audio track hold my attention like this one did. There's also lots of cussing which I found quite refreshing. Roger Wayne does an excellent job narrating which really brings this book to life.
