Lots of great advice in here. Definitely brings up managing all the parts of life that lead to a feeling of fulfillment. Would definitely recommend. Does hit a lot of tropes from popular podcasts these days so some may seem repetitive if you’re a big podcast listener but overall great message.

Historia
Light of the Stars is science at the grandest of scales, and it tells a radically new story about what we are: one world in a universe awash in planets. Building on his widely discussed scientific papers and New York Times op-eds, astrophysicist Adam Frank shows that not only is it likely that alien civilizations have existed many times before, but also that many of them have driven their own worlds into dangerous eras of change.

Historia
Speed has gotten a bad name in business, much of it deserved. When Facebook made "Move fast and break things" an informal company motto, it fueled a widely held belief that we can either make progress or take care of people, one or the other. That a certain amount of wreckage is the price we have to pay for inventing the future. Leadership experts Frances Frei and Anne Morriss argue that this belief is deeply flawed—and that it keeps you from building a great company.

Seemed like they were fitting political ideology to work culture
Revisado: 12-13-24
The book has a great title and I like the idea but it seemed like they were taking a political/social idea and applying it to work with ok evidence. Unfortunately seemed like a book of MBAs discussing best practices without actually being in the trenches as practitioners.
