Historia
The solution to the people pleaser's "problem" isn't to fundamentally change who you are - it's to fundamentally change where you find your worth. In this freeing book, Dr. Mike Bechtle shows you stop letting your fears of rejection, criticism, invisibility, or inadequacy drive your actions and start rebuilding your sense of self-worth from the inside out. When you do, you'll discover that what you once thought of as a struggle is actually a strength.

Serving others as a Healthy People Pleaser!

People pleasing is not bad unless you allow it
Revisado: 04-22-25
This was extremely helpful for me and has started to slowly change my life. The author gives personal accounts of how he has allowed people pleasing to dominate his life amd how the reader can shift their thinking to use it to strengthen relationships and not be a robot who suffers at the hands of their insecurities.

These times that we are in, so many of the things we know are now shifting to the “new normal”. With interests, ways of life, and practices shifting, what better timing to learn a new, productive hobby? Gardening is one of the absolute best ways to make these new times more enjoyable, because what better feeling can there be than to take care of and tend to something whose yields benefit us directly? Not only does gardening benefit us directly, it also has a plethora of other benefits physically, emotionally, and financially.

Gardening For “City Dwellers”
Revisado: 04-10-25
Was a great “read” that went very quickly (and at speed 1.2X!)but it was more enjoyable with the subtle flubs here/there with the author getting a kick out of it and himself, which lowered my anxiety about tackling the subject and topic. The gardening being the subject/topic, not the author flubbing a fun few, but I guess that could be explored too….If you don’t get offended living in a micropoltan area and being addressed as a “City Dweller” and you need something to help you focus so when you spill the seeds or one of your dogs just dug up your recently transplanted shrubs, then you are in for a fun, informative and helpful way to learn about an art I am working towards mastering (please wish me luck!🍀). Enjoy and happy planting and gardening!

Thoroughly enjoyed this! Kept me listening to hear the killer’s next moves and I liked that it wasn’t overly graphic when explaining the “how” someone was offed. Great read/listen!

Believable story with strong characters
Revisado: 03-13-25
I really enjoyed this one! Dolly and I share a birthday and I have been a fan forever, but I loved how it wasn’t just the struggle of a female singer/songwriter, or overcoming your past, or a bit of a mystery but a perfect Bermuda Triangle of these things. You can’t help but cheer for the lead character as she transitions from hopeful performer to female phenom to basically a quiet heroine while the others involved are drawn in by her talent, simplicity and kindness. The voices of Dolly and Kelsey especially, added that extra “pop” that made me not want to stop listening. I actually bought the book on Amazon to have a hard copy, it was just that good!! Definitely a 5 out of 5, or a 10 out of ten!

Start your seeds indoors sales letter Have you ever walked into your yard, went to the garden, picked a ripe tomato, and popped it in your mouth? It is one of those things that if you have experienced it; you know what it's like. If you have not experienced it, you don't know what you're missing. I'm going to show you how inexpensive and easy it is to do this in your own yard. Having your own garden, going to the store, and buying plants to grow is much better than store-bought, and it gives you the experience above, but it is not cheap. There is an investment in equipment when you grow ...

Better by Book
Revisado: 03-09-25
It was great information and I could get past the virtual voice but the constant reference to photos in the physical book was distracting and kind of frustrating but overall, I learned some new things.

I loved how descriptive it was and although it was about technology I don’t full understand, I was able to follow along. Very imaginative and an impressive cast.
