Historia
Millions of microscopic alien life forms escape a sample canister of water from the frigid depths of outer space. Invisible to the naked eye, a menacing menagerie of more than 70 deadly species react to Earth's warm and fertile seas by launching into metabolic overdrive. Waves of gargantuan abominations begin to rise from the sea, transforming our world into a zoo without cages, where humans plunge to the bottom of the food chain. In dire need of a zookeeper, the Allied Navy turns to "Psyjack".

No.
Would you ever listen to anything by M.C. Norris again?
No.
How could the performance have been better?
The plot was hard to follow, in fact I didn't finish it.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Sadness in having to use a credit on it.
Any additional comments?
Between the narrator and the writer this was not an enjoyable experience at all.

Great story, but...
Revisado: 09-25-17
What made the experience of listening to Impact the most enjoyable?
The story line.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Ford, I liked that character in the book Tyrannosaurus Canyon.
Did Scott Sowers do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
I don't think his voice is a match for this type of action book. The accent is hard to follow.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No.
Any additional comments?
Liked the plot and execution by the author. It's hard to follow a story when there is a disconnect with the narrator, that was unpleasant.

Kim Tavistock, a woman with the talent of the spill - drawing out truths that people most wish to hide - is among the test subjects at the facility. When she wins the confidence of caseworker Owen Cherwell, she is recruited to a mission to expose the head of Monkton Hall.

Not usually my genre, but..
Revisado: 09-08-17
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, because the story line was really interesting and the narrator is my favorite.
What other book might you compare At the Table of Wolves to and why?
I had not read one like it so that was a good thing, it was a new flavor for me.
What does Nicola Barber bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I would listen Nicola Barber read the label off a soup can, that is how much I like her voice.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
This is the real cold war!
Any additional comments?
First time for author, can't wait to listen to the next book when it comes out at audible. Nicola Barber, 'nuff said!

Loved the story and the narrators
Revisado: 01-13-17
This is the first Audible book that I heard where there was two narrators. Both were outstanding voices. The British accent was absolutely charming. I definitely will look for these two in other productions. Riddle is one of my favorite modern authors. I have enjoyed other books by him.
An aside: since joining Audible I have listened to many stories. The one thing I have noticed is no matter how bad the plot is a good orator can make it work and no matter how good a story is a bad orator can ruin it.
I just want to say this is a gem all the way around.

They are coming. The countdown has begun. First visible only as blips on a telescope image, the discovery of objects approaching from Jupiter's orbit immediately sets humanity on edge. NASA doesn't even bother to deny the alien ships' existence. The popular Astral space app (broadcasting from the far side of the moon and accessible by anyone with Internet) has already shown the populace what is coming.

Just listening to this made me depressed, and the with detailed descriptions of sex it reminded me of one of, heck i don't know, Penthouse? To be honest, I just couldn't get through much of it.
