I also lost my brother to suicide, my nephew, to an overdose as well as my emotionally unavailable father two weeks ago. My mother dynamic also seemed the same. It helps to feel not so alone to also watch someone who has gone through so much truly make it out alive. As crazy as that might sound, I believe it to be true. What a beautiful book written by a most beautiful daughter. I know your mother is so proud.❤️

This book is amazing! And I believe even better in audio with Sarah the author narrating it herself. In regards to the other comments. Nothing in the world is perfect. It is so much better to be real and authentic. Exactly what this book is and so much more. I loved her narrating her clients journey’s. I loved it so much. I wish all of humanity could read this book or listen to it. It is so insightful.. Thank you Sarah! More please !
