It could be a good book for someone who never heard of self help books. But if you already know that you need to control the story you tell to yourself, you will find this book boring. And it is not just that idea is old and well explored by others ,but also this book provides no interesting unique angle.

Waste of time

I could not squeeze any value from this book. Waste of money and time. Most of the time that's just dull definitions using smartpants words. It reads like a disclosure to something. "you need to find an good accountant who will guide you through very difficult taxes" . No you don't. Most accountants have no idea about day trading taxes. You need to do your own research, at least to get general picture and what questions to ask the accountant to see if he is qualified. The advice about that you need the news to trade is bs. You need price action, the chart. News can be good and stock would go down. You can't predict direction of the stock by news. There is zero of professional insight. No tips or tricks. Dull and generic.

It is a weird title but it is exactly what it is

And it is very interesting! I liked that Gregg Braden himself narrated the book. It is kinda put the life force into it. The passion in his voice about the subject doubles the impact of information. I am not into history but found his insights very interesting. I read a lot on this subject, but this is new perspective for me. I love works of his friends Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton, but Gregg Braden speaks about same ideas with different angle. Look forward on listening his other books

The only book you need about law of attraction

Great book

This book should be read and re-read (or listened and re-listened :)) so many practical advices. What to say, how to act. I am glad that there are people like authors of this book who have time to share there wisdom with others.
