Historia
I've spent my life working as a traveling musician. Along the way, I've met some interesting people and seen some indescribable things. Although my books are works of fiction, they are based on real people I've met and the amazing places I've been. In my 20's and 30's, with my beautiful wife Dana by my side, we performed in or traveled through all 50 of the United States. After that, we traveled and performed literally around the world... We've walked the tiny winding streets of Zanzibar off the east coast of Africa; jogged the snow packed streets of Juneau, Alaska; ran through the back ...

The life of a true friend
Revisado: 07-07-24
An interesting read. Ben & Dana have been friends of mine for around 30 years. We have had some some great sailing adventures and I have gotten to know many of the people mentioned in this book. It is interesting to hear the bits & pieces of Ben's life that he deems relevant. Some I had heard or been privy to. Others are new to me but explain the person I know.
Ben wrote this as he speaks which made the listen most enjoyable. Ben is one of the best storytellers I have known. Listening to his life's moments reminded me of sitting around in the cockpit of a sailboat as we made passage & tales are swapped making this a comfortable listen.
Thanks Ben for sharing your experiences that make you the person you are & a friend I cherish.

Historia
The nine-word clue was one of nine cryptic notes that had been sent to taunt Inspector Queen and his son Ellery nine days after the murder. Nino Importuna had been obsessed with the number. He had lived by it. Now the killer who brought a trio of gory deaths to Nino's ninth-floor penthouse at Number 99 East was camouflaging his identity in a jungle of nines - and daring Ellery to find him. The case was destined to be a dazzling contest of wits - to the ninth degree!
