Historia
Anomaly examines the prospect of an alien intelligence discovering life on Earth. The technological gulf between humanity and the alien species is measured in terms of millions of years. The only way to communicate is using science, but not everyone is so patient. Humanity's first contact with an alien intelligence is far more radical than anyone has ever dared imagine. With a technological gap of millions of years, mankind is barely able to recognize the arrival of an alien space craft outside the gates of the United Nations in New York.

Fantastic original take on First Contact. Decent enough character development. And the author made the protagonist a non violent hero. Something new again.
However, his "antagonist" - the terrorist, is the same character as in nearly all sci-fi dystopian books. The notorious and found in the news around the world, everyday, blowing up people, or ramming rental vans into Christians, attacking White children with knives or stoning women, or cutting the heads off of journalists who blaspheme. The Southern White Supremacist !
Uuuhhh. Wait.....It's actually someone else doing those things.
Funny how this group has failed to achieve fame in the sci-fi community.

An Expression of he Authors Woke Politics
Revisado: 01-23-25
Typical asteroid coming, earth in peril, alien coming to save the promising humans. after that, a simple gripe by the author about White males, Christians, the usual woke talking points. All the bad guys are White males, one with the necessary southern accent. The heroes are women and the Communist Chinese.

Great story, like the 1st one, but Virtual Voice sucks worse than a $10 hooker on Nickle Nite .
" Physics one hundred and one " ??? It's one oh one.
" winding road " with short I sound ???
I bet there was one of these ever 10 or 15 minutes.
I don't say this to benefit the jobs of SAG AFTRA, they hate people like me who aren't woketards towing the line. But until AI can do linguistic acrobatics, it's not good at all.

Clever Twist
Revisado: 02-28-24
Great story idea. Left open the possibility of a sequel. Some of the revenues are funny to hear now in 2024. VHS tapes, and the bad guy wanting to destroy science, in the name of God, being a southern hillbilly, considering all the events surrounding the " religion of peace " both here and in Europe. Funny how that works.

Good historical story.

By historical I mean the daily minutae like the chamber pots, unwashed used clothes, etc. Also, thankfully absent was the incessant woketard demagoguery so often seen in today's books. Very good product altogether.

Very Realistic
Revisado: 12-28-23
Well thought out and plausible. So many of this genre focus on a hero's moral tug of war, which is often not realistic.
