Historia
The Hidden Factor defines what executive presence really is, how you get it, and how it can be leveraged to define a leader better than any other quality being measured. Executive presence has always existed, but in recent years, it has resurfaced as a hot topic among C-Suite executives, succession planners, and development officers. It is one of the top qualities evaluated in potential leaders and is often the missing component that limits promotion.

Imagine having an entire portion of your book specifically excluding 1/2 the audience. It is literally titled “For women only’. No thanks.

Not Meant for Me
Revisado: 10-10-23
First couple of chapters were interesting and I was intrigued… But then she started to tell me how the usual victim groups are really the ones who suffer. Even here, trying to understand this syndrome and deal with it better, I have to be preached to about how women, POC, and every group, other than white men, are the real audience for this book. That was all the hint I needed. She’s not talking to me.
