This kept me listening from start to finish. Such a cute story that made me wish I had a beloved.Consuming love with action packed excitement in the later half of the book that leads into another story. Can't wait for the next book.

I love the easy to understand explanations, the menus, and the delicious recipes. It contains some excellent recipes that will be great launching pads into my journey entering a keto lifestyle. This book is great for the Keto diet beginner.

Well organized and well narrated

The book summarizes the basic guiding principles and beliefs of Wicca, and provides some historic background from old pagan beliefs. The author truly intended the book for solitary practitioners, so he leaves a lot of leeway for one's interpretation of Wicca and provides some direct examples of rituals from his own practice

Great for someone with no knowledge of accounting but not so much if you are looking to expand on what you already know. If professors would explain the concepts like this author did then students wouldn't be so lost.

This is a quick easy breakdown of the ketogenic lifestyle, it's great for beginners who need a place to start.At first, I wasn't sure what the Ketogenic Diet was, but after absorbing the information, I feel more knowledgeable. This is a great reference guide, so happy recipes were included; I look forward to trying them with family.

This is a well laid out guide that breaks down the information into a very reader friendly format with concrete examples that we can all relate to. The tips and coping strategies are simple, inexpensive things that we can all utilize to help our kids. This book should be a must-have, this is a valuable resource and highly recommended.
