Dont listen to the troll reviews. please. Trigger Warning: Being that i have been abused from the time i was a child till an adult, i seriously understood where the author is coming from in the very beginningof the book.. If you havnt been abused, fabulous. To all the nasty reviews, yall didnt even finnish the book. Change your presective on things. Rate her book after you read the whole thing. Seriously. In my personal experience, being beaten, raped, mentally, and spiritually tortured, this book is absolutely fantastic!!! I absolutely love this author. Her love for us truly shows! I have read multiple books from her and truly each book is a gem! Not a single book she's written has let me down. If I could rate higher that 5 stars I absolutely would. Highly recommend this book and this author!.

absolutely loved this book. this book is jammed packed with tons of different energy healing techniques. this book in my personal opinion is geared towards energy healers however, even if your not an energy healer I recommend this book. very educational. so much fantastic information. I will definitely be following this author. highly recommend. 5 stars.

I absolutely love this book. The author is amazing!!! if your questioning yes or no..
.Buy this book. You need this book. We all need this book. Doctors need to be teaching patients what's in this book. This book goes into it all. You get the explanations, exercises and encouragement you need to heal. If you are like me and been through some $#*+ in your life, (who hasn't though right? ) get this book. If your seriously wanting to change and heal, get this book.

This is definitely a good book. I appreciate the fact that I learned about all different kinds of spells and rituals here. Granted, not everything in this book I personally align with but that's okay. what works for you might not work for me. leave was you don't wanna use out in your journey and leave the rest of it for the crazies like me. I rate this book 5 stars. wish I would have gotten the actual book though. going to have to go back and listen a d take notes. lol.

great book! loved the voice for the book! the author is amazing! packed full of educational tidbits. full of guided exercises. if you have trauma, and you need deep rooted healing, or if you love someone who has had trauma and needs healing, get this book. I can't say enough good things. I found an author I absolutely love! will definitely be looking foward to future books from this amazing writer!!!

I absolutely love this author. This is the 2nd book I've read from her so far. I have been wanting to learn about hoodoo for a while now. She explains everything in detail and the best part, she tells ya what too do and how to do it. I do want to say everything is with the power of intentions. You can always mix things up and do it your own way. I rate this book 5 stars. Would rate it higher if I could. If your new to hoodoo, this is the book for you! Buy it! You won't be disappointed.

Best help self book I've had in a long time!

I am always looking for self help books. Shadow work was something I always hear people talking about, however , I really never understood what it ment. This author explains all this too you. I absolutely love this author. IM
going to be brutally honest here. This book is only as good as the effort you put into it for your self. Shes giving us the tools and guidance. But untimely, i recommend you be brutally honest with your self. Only then will you be able to truely take advantage of the beautiful guidance shes given us. I highly recommend this book if your willing to do the work. 5 stars all the way.
