Historia
The Fall of America: Book 2 continues John's story of survival and resistance after society breaks down. Russian invaders continue to try and pacify the areas of the South under their control. The American resistance groups divide their forces into small cells to better operate effectively behind enemy lines. But as their efforts begin to gain ground, the Russians respond with harsh reprisals; mass executions become the norm, and prison camps soon spring up in remote small towns. "Fear brings compliance," is their motto.

Historia
It started with the "biggest" stock market crash in history. Banks shut down under the weight of their bogus investments, and the financial sector failed. People looked to the government to make it all better. They couldn't! Hyper-inflation, mass unemployment, and infrastructure started to breakdown. The food trucks didn't show up at the stores and the shelves went empty. Things turned ugly fast when there was no power for long parts of the day... then forever.

Historia
Over its long history, Florida has been many things: a native realm protected by geography; a wilderness that ruined Spanish conquistadors; a place to start over; "god's waiting room". With a native population as high as 900,000 (who all died), it became a pestilential backwater with a few thousand inhabitants, but today is our fourth most populous state, with 19 million. The site of vicious racial violence, including massacres, slavery, and the roll-back of Reconstruction, Florida is now one of our most diverse states, a dynamic multicultural place with an essential role in 21st century America.

Historia
In The Secret History of the American Empire, Perkins zeroes in on hot spots around the world and, drawing on interviews with other hit men, jackals, reporters, and activists, examines the current geopolitical crisis. Instability is the norm; it's clear that the world we've created is dangerous and no longer sustainable. How did we get here? Who's responsible? What good have we done and at what cost? And what can we do to change things for the next generations?

Short sited

Over simplification of corporations and ignores the good the US and corporations do. Also this guy has made crap loads of money and now that he has it it is bad... Lol I don't see him living in a shack giving all his money to the poor but insists on corporations and governments too... Disappointed could of been better...

Historia
If society collapsed, could you survive? When Morgan Carter's car breaks down 250 miles from his home, he figures his weekend plans are ruined. But things are about to get much, much worse: the country's power grid has collapsed. There is no electricity, no running water, no Internet, and no way to know when normalcy will be restored - if it ever will be.
