Who Knew the Range of Sexual Identification!

Richard/Alice took me through a huge range of possabilities for gender variance and expression thereof adding some tags, which might be hard to strictly apply to one's self, and how his genetic girlfriends and wives reacted. So many influencing variations in decade, family profile, community, physique, education, fame, access to and use of drugs and alcohol, the list goes on especially today. Perhaps simpler when I was a boy 1940's to early 50's in farm country with access to Sears Catalogs honing in on the lingerie section when brother and folks were out. Rarely saw my mom naked but she was so delicious compared to guys, had to try tucking and her open bottom girdles as pre-adolescent when I was already taller than my 6'1" dad. Basketball became my focus (my mom played and introduced me to the game at age 4). As I got very tall, I would say that Dr Novak at 6 foot had no problem even close to me had I been compelled to pass as a girl in public.

Dr Novak must have keep a thorough diary or have a great memory, really did a great job of using his experience to create food for thought for me, Thank You!

Interesting, Covers a Lot of Ground in 2 Hours

Excellent job by the reader for starters! Over the years I have had an interest in crossdressing and sharing and transition, interesting 2 hour listen maybe not for everyone though. Chris/Christine's miraculous enchanted outcome is reminiscent of one of the more recent surgical transitions I've seen described, don't know if the author knew about that or thought of it as a desirable option for some individuals.

A little Something for Every Whim

The authors cover the subject thoroughly from end to end except maybe the ways to hide the boy parts. I started trying to look like my Mom, surreptitiously, way back as a preteen with a long break until getting my wife involved. This book is a great primer for both birth sexes involved in feminization to any level that one has the time and inclination for. They even cover choosing a feminine name for those special times out or on sites with like minded ladies. Highly recommend, JohannaSophia

Where does In Bed with Susie Bright Encore Edition: The Transsexual Perspective: Sex as a Woman vs. Sex as a Man rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Susie's interviews with her listeners are about 15 minutes and get down to business. They are unique compared to other programs I have encountered, the same is true of her weekly episodes in general.
I had heard this interview when originally recorded in 2010 and still took more away from the Encore.

What does Susie Bright bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Skilled live, nonjudgemental interview.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

Memories of my own youth feelings and desire to look female but with a totally different outcome. Interesting to ponder the why. Too bad Susie can't do a phone Forum.

I am a subscriber to all of Susie's weekly programs and have heard all 600+.
Always interesting even if the subject is out of my experience. She's a logical Lady even if I don't always agree.

Would you consider the audio edition of Nelson Mandela's Favorite African Folktales to be better than the print version?

The readers as one would think are outstanding, try to guess who since it is not announced!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Nelson Mandela's Favorite African Folktales?

The generosity of the Sultan's son and his reward.

The generosity of the young boy going to market and his success.

Have you listened to any of the narrators’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Seen their movies. All Pros!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Feel good, it is intended as a children's book but I would recommend it to adults, especially those with children and grandchildren.

I may have to get this on Kindle for my wife and/or granddaughter. They will have to miss out on the super audio.

Yes, I hope it runs better than this one.

What other book might you compare The Robots of Dawn to and why?

All of Asimov's Robot and Psychohistory Novels.

Performance.

I obviously like the story and reader to tolerate the freeze ups and resets of my iPod. I am about to do my fourth redownload. May as well try format 2 this time I have already been through 4 twice and 3 and super once each and still can't get to the end of Part I.I listen to a lot of Audible on the same iPod without trouble.

Susie is the forum for Human Sexuality in all its forms. All of her programs can stand alone but I am finding are best in their entirety. The yearly Anthologies are must read catch-ups. Nothing I've found compares.
