The story was decent but the AI narration ruined it for me. I've listened to other audiobooks with AI narration that were okay but this one is the worst. No distinction between character voices, close to monotone in parts. It really brought the experience down.

I rarely leave a review as I'm generally moving on to my next purchase but I' have to share how much I enjoyed this book. Laugh out loud enjoyed. Even the foul language had a place in defining the lead character's personality and contributing to the story. I highly recommend taking a listen. I hope to find more enjoyable books from these authors.

Paint your toes. Pick up the wrong coffee and bagel order. Drive from Brooklyn to Jersey in traffic so slow you want to tear your hair out. I'm generally a 'finisher' but I could not get thru the 2nd chapter. Way too cutsie and the female narrator was getting on my nerves. I would not recommend.

I've been enjoying this series but this one is a stretch. Taylor, the female character is almost too much to believe. She exhibits all the worst traits of a ditzy earthling. This is the weakest entry of the series so far.

The story was cute and the voice narration okay, but the added background noise was annoying in the extreme. I kept changing the sound volume to hear the dialogue but reduce the other noise.

I rarely post reviews but I was so disappointed in this audiobook that I feel I have to warn others, The publisher's summary was interesting, but after an hour I couldn't bear to listen any longer and I removed this book from my library. The narration was terrible! The sound effects were annoying, the character voices 'out of character' for the Mid West (especially for the girlfriends- think Valley Girl meets Jersey City ala the Sopranos) and the timing of the narrative extremely disjointed. The story narrative did not have enough interest to override the poor audio. Luckily, I did not have to pay for this book as it was an 'Included' option in the Plus catalogue.
