I loved the story.
Never a dull moment.
Never lost my interest and it always kept me hooked to the story waiting to see what happened next.
Love the characters specially the Angels. I loved how the author gave them a hard and beautiful outerior but a more beautiful and amazing interior. Due to their awful growing up experience they were broken but not shattered into pieces. Their hearts were protected and locked in box, but the hope was not completely lost. It was a matter of waiting for someone to show them that there is beauty in loving and trusting someone else. Someone to show them that not everyone has a dark soul, that not everyone is bad or has evil intentions to hurt them. Someone to show them that dreaming is not a bad thing and making it true is more than a possibility.
I loved the ending, each one of the Angels had a little mini me, that was cute. The best thing was that the family was able to come together and the differences that once were there finally were set aside.

The main character in this book is very irritating and annoying. The other characters are very likable.
Book 1 started good but I am not too happy with how the story went on this book. The story was not really clear about why she was so traumatized. Yes it described her mom as a looney but still it did not go into depth the reason why she so traumatized, it just mentions bits of her past. Her character started strong but then she just took the victimize and weak role. She acts like a badass but when she needs to one she becomes a coward and this goes back and forth.

The only character I like is Tyler, his backstory is a interesting one. Besides Tyler’s story, the rest is awful with annoying characters. It needs a better storyline. As a listener I lost interest in some of the chapters, there really is no action, no suspense, nothing. I lost the interest of listening to volume #2. The narration was also not so captivating did nothing to pull my interest in the story.

Enjoyable

I think this series is much much better than Protecting Diana series. The story was good, I got a little lost in a couple of chapters because to me it was not clear as how it was tied to each other but at least the characters did not annoyed me and I was able to listen to all the chapters without skipping any, like what I did with the Diana series.

The story was ok.
The reason why I did not enjoy the story as how I would have liked was because of one of the characters that really annoyed me. Diana one of the main characters was really frustrating and annoying, that’s why I skip most of her characters chapters. The ending was definitely not a good ending.
