The HORRIBLE NARRATIONS!!!
Revisado: 05-07-25
The AI ruined this entire Book!!!
I was intrigued and looking forward to listening to this series. I have enjoyed the Cassie Quinn and Maddie Castle series. I am truly disappointed. The bland monotonous words had no substance, no emotion and made it impossible to follow the story. Very often I found myself trying to figure out who was saying what. The entire experience was agonizing. I am so frustrated!! Please redo this audio recording, with better Narration. I could only stomach this one for the first 3 chapters. The Author should never have agreed to release this abomination of their book.

Oracle 2: The Dreamland Murders is a gripping psychological thriller series follow-up to Andrew Pyper’s audiobook Oracle. Performed by an ensemble cast with Joshua Jackson, Devon Bostick, and Humberly Gonzalez, Pyper's high-stakes thrill ride continues the journey of FBI agent Nate Russo as he tracks an elusive serial killer and discovers an ancient curse. This time, Russo’s unique psychic gifts and killer instincts will lead him to the secrets of an idyllic New England village, and to Dreamland—the abandoned amusement park built on something evil that refuses to stay buried.

Just a movie without pictures
Revisado: 12-19-24
The story and characters are great. But the listener is left in the dark, literally. So much of the story is lost because it is supposed to be seen. In a real book there is discriminations and passages filling in the visuals and describing the action. Those are missing in this narration. Leaves the listener feeling lost and ruins the story.

Great stories Despite the narrator
Revisado: 06-18-24
I loved the stories and characters. I almost turned it off at the start of book 1. The narrator is monotone and makes it difficult to recognize character changes. I’m not sure if his performance got better towards the end or I just got used to it. Still a fun series to listen to. Can’t wait for the Final 5.

Historia
Scarlet Sanderson isn't a paranormal being per se, but she's no stranger to things that go bump in the night. She's had the ability to see and speak with ghosts since she was eight years old. Whether it's a gift or a curse is still up for debate. She moved to the picturesque town of Beechwood Harbor to open a flower shop and start a new life after years of being a nomad. What she didn't expect to find was a town filled with witches, vampires, shape-shifters, and ghosts. So, so many ghosts.

Loved it all!!
Revisado: 04-13-24
These books have it all. Mystery, suspense, romance, supernatural elements without the “adults only” pages. The way the personalities of Scars ghostly roommates add comedy makes these books fun to read and keep it light hearted. I could not stop listening. I can not wait to continue the series.

Very depressing!!
Revisado: 04-06-24
The mystery and plot were not developed at all. The whole book was about the demands and horrors that SAR teams experience. The ending was rushed. The whole story happens in the last few chapters. Skip to the end of this book. I am disappointed. I have enjoyed every single one of Meg and Hawk’s past adventures. I hope their future adventures are more like their earlier ones.

Slow start then rushed ending
Revisado: 11-05-23
The narrator is slow and sometimes difficult to understand. I almost stopped listening and deleted this book. But I stuck with it and overall it ended well. Predictable with a good ending leaving a hook for a sequel.

Historia
The Titan Project—an international research station off the coast of Australia—discovers a thriving zone of life in an otherwise dead sea. The area teems with a strange bioluminescent coral that defies science, yet holds great promise for the future. But the loss of a military submarine in the area triggers a brutal attack and sets in motion a geological disaster that destabilizes an entire region. Massive quakes, volcanic eruptions, and deadly tsunamis herald a greater cataclysm to come—for something is stirring miles under the ocean, a threat hidden for millennia.

I love the sigma force series. The teasers for the next book have made me even more impatient for it’s release. I can’t wait to see what Tucker and Caine will be up to. We need more in their series too, please.

Wonderful stories for Animal Lovers.
Revisado: 09-17-22
I loved this combined series book. The narration takes a bit of getting used to but stick with it. The characters are well developed and easy to fall in love with. Especially the four legged ones. The Animal point of view segments are well done and bring the non human characters to life. I can not wait to read more of September and Shadow adventures. Keep them coming.

I’m Hooked!!
Revisado: 08-28-22
This series is superb in every aspect. The writing, the narration and the deep twisted plots are blended perfectly with characters that pull you in. I find myself crying one minute and furious the next. Rooting for revenge, while hoping desperately that these horrible people are truly fictional. At the same time, hoping there are many real men just like James.

Wow!!! Incredible story and Characters
Revisado: 08-20-22
After listening to an interview on Mike Rowe’s Podcast I knew I had to listen to the book before watching the Amazon series. I am so impressed with the well written and detailed characters. I am a huge James Rollins and Dean Koontz fan but now Mr. Carr has my full attention. I can not wait to listen to the rest of this book series. I am always skeptical of Hollywood’s ability to bring great works of literature to the screen. I hope Amazon did this book justice. I will be finding out this weekend, when I watch the show. I will be recommending this book to all my friends.
