I have listened to this book twice and Fast Feast Repeat three times. In 6 weeks I have lost 10 pounds and fasting is getting easier. I am so hopeful. Gin is a good narrator, and I love the success stories. Those really motivate me.

The virtual voice is pretty good. One thing I did not like is that there is no variation in the voices of multiple characters. It was sometimes difficult to tell who was speaking. The story was enjoyable, though not totally believable. Daisy is approached to be on a popular reality TV show. Instead of thinking it is pretty unusual, she just decides she has nothing going on that week, so okay. She also convinces herself that even though a video of her wedding day went viral, it probably won't be her ex-husband they bring on the show. It wasn't logical at all. I really liked Ian's character and it was sweet to see his redemption.
Clean romance, descriptive kisses.

Cute story and tangled relationship build. Clean romance (many innuendo) and clean language for the majority of the time (about 4 f-words).

I enjoyed this story, though the delivery method was very similar to another of hers I just finished. The romance is clean. The language is less so. About a dozen f-words.

What a wonderful surprise! I listened for free on audible just hoping it was a good book.
It was awesome! A very unique plot. Excellent readers/actors. The full dramatization gives it a voyeuristic effect, like you are listening in on someone's private conversations. I loved the characters and was totally routing for a happy ending (which seemed unlikely). Highly recommend.

most annoying friend

I enjoyed the premise of this story, but couldn't finish it. Belle wins a free cruise and meets Tristan, billionaire in disguise, on day one. Her former best friend follows her on the trip with the fiancé she stole from Belle. While I can appreciated Belle's desire to forgive, her best friend is a hideous person who JUST WON'T LEAVE. Rather than tell her directly, Belle gets snippy with her and allows her to continue tagging along. About a half hour into that section, I couldn't take it anymore. The narrator was talented and I liked Tristan. I hope they found their HEA. Clean, contemporary romance.

This is a YA novel written for YA readers. I would have enjoyed it more as a younger person. It is more coming of age than romantic comedy. Heavy emphasis on Filipino heritage and language. The reader did an excellent job.

I liked that this story didn't feel rushed. The author took the time to develop the plot and romance. The side characters were peripheral, but I would still like to read more about them if this is a series. There is quite a bit of biblical and religious reference in this clean, contemporary romance.

I liked how the enemies to lovers took time to develop. The virtual reader was pretty good, but might have been part of the reason it came off as boring.
