Historia
Suicide is a scary, taboo topic. No one wants to talk about it, and most fear that a loved one, he or she knows, could commit the act. Suicide is a right, but it is generally a selfish act. It is quite possible, as the age of wellbeing becomes a reality, that suicide will become more socially acceptable. There is a right way and a wrong way to commit suicide. Society has often mistreated the bereaved and has not correctly recognized them as the victims of suicide. Suicide is committed for many different reasons, it has always been with human populations, and it will be part of the human ...

Blame and shame
Revisado: 04-11-24
This perspective of suicidality is aligned with the same flawed concept that mental health disorders are mythical. This book deserves immediate ban, as it does nothing more than lead those with intrusive thoughts to feel guilty for experiencing emotional distress and anguish. Shameful compilation of the shallow end of the pool of reality.

The title says it all, but entirely misrepresents that which is suggested: "& workbook." It's like buying a box that says cheese pizza and pepperoni... open the box to find cheese pizza!!... and a card that describes the process of finding the right source of meat and directions to use the meat to make the pepperoni that is described on the box. Shameful this titled book made it to the virtual store.

Historia
The law of attraction is based on the idea that everything in the universe has a polarity, meaning that everything contains either a positive or a negative kind of energy. When you focus on negative stuff, then more negative stuff will happen to you. On the other hand, when you focus on positive stuff, then more positive stuff will happen to you. Fortunately, there is a way to manipulate the law of attraction and make it work for you: by changing your beliefs using the power of positive affirmation.

Overall, this is a good read. A few of the affirmations are a bit lengthy to repeat and may require rewinding during one's listening/focusing. The major downfall of this audiobook is the presently non-helpful reference provided at the end (positivemindhub.com: the website is currently up for grabs).
