The story would have been so much better with a different & better narrator. Her voice was painful at times. I almost deleted it before I finished it. I’ve never wanted a book to end as quickly as this one. I’ll remember the narrators name and never get another book she narrates.

The second book narrator is so annoying.

I skipped the entire 2nd story. I tried to stick it out but after about 15 minutes I couldn’t take the narrators voice anymore. I’m sure the story was great tho. The other stories kept my attention even tho the female characters ability to get beat up, shot, stabbed & still manage to get their guy kind of was ridiculous. If you have a long drive it’ll get you through it but I’m only giving it all 2 stars.

Intriguing to the very end

I loved the way the author fed little bits of information on each character into the story. Just enough humor here and there.....but not taking anything away from the seriousness of the story. I love Luca’s character and ordered book 3 already. Very well written and very well researched.
