This stinks, it's crap. This is a big jumbled mess and I got absolutely nothing out of it.

No good for anyone looking to "create income."

Geared more towards investing money you already have as opposed to creating new income streams. I also found some mistakes. Needs a competent editior.

There is nothing here. It opens, comes to a conclusion, and comes to a close with no information at all in the middle. I keep finding more files like this on Audible.

At first listen it seemed okay. But...

The narrator is pleasant to listen to, but the audiobook, as a whole, falls short. It starts off alright, and the information seems good at first, but it quickly falls apart. The first way it goes wrong is by telling Learning Wannabe Investors like myself, to spend money we don't have, on among other things, TV & Radio advertising. Then, he says how everything is available at his website. So I went to his website... I found broken links with non-existent video, a few resources, and of course a link to buy more of his books. However, the free tools (a deal analyzer, direct mail postcard, example contract, and repair estimator) that were promised were not available. Instead, when you enter your name & email, you're sent back a confirmation email, which takes you to another page that asks you to join his Facebook group. No pdf's or contracts or anything. If you don't keep your own notebook, stopping constantly to write things down, you will miss any useful information. It's not a complete waste but It certainly is Not a step by step system. I still feel cheated.

Where did this author learn to speak. I Don't like the way he communicates..
The narrator was also quite robotic.
Yada, yada, yada, boring, boring, blah, blah blah, blah...
If the whole thing was in a foreign language, there would have been no difference.
A senseless waste of time.

I am a real estate novice but I can spot a quality investment.. In this audio book that is. Lots of good information. I'll have to listen many times to absorb the info but, as long as the book is, it still will be an easy listen

Absolutely terrible!

This audiobook is only about three hours long but it felt more like six days. I made it through the first time and it felt like I had been punished. I thought I was being too critical and I tried to listen once more. No, it's not me... It's the audio book. I'm not sure if it's the author or the narrator but it definatly resulted in what seemed like torture. I'm a novice to real estate investing and I learned nothing. p.s. Notice the dates on the positive reviews.

No Good...

The author/narrator's accent is too thick. I struggled to listen and understand the material which was way to sparse.
Buying this book was a waste of money, time, and space because Amazon won't let me return it. If it was an actual book I could throw it in the trash or set it on fire, unfortunately, I am stuck with it forever. Amazon has way too many crappy books that a paid subscriber gets stuck with. Don't get stuck with this one like I did.
