A gorgeous book with solid scholarship

This is an awesome book!! There are explanations of the chakras and exercises to activate energy flow, questions for reflective journaling, and correspondences for each chakra (deities, gemstones, tarot, runes, essential oils and herbs, and planets). And a very deep and beautiful treatment of each of those topics for each chakra.

This book is AMAZING!! All I THOUGHT I knew about KETO has been smashed! GREAT book! It is FILLED with information on your body, digestion, hormones and many health issues that can be addressed through KETO. For me this book is liberating, I FINALLY feel like I understand KETO and will be able to succeed where I had stalled and failed before. This book has three major functions: to be the personal journal of the Roman Emperor, Marcus Aurelius, to clarify to non-Stoics what it means to be Stoic (not stoic), and to serve as a time if advice in a plethora if topics to other Stoics, and although Marcus Aurelius never meant it to be anything more than a journal, this book excels at all three functions.
Marcus Aurelius was an great emperor and a greater man. He was known for his justice and humble ability to learn from others, including subordinates. This book, as the journal of the most powerful man on earth at the time, serves as a great study guide into law, ethics, philosophy, ancient civilization, ancient history, politics, and Roman history.

Just because racism's unpleasant doesn't give you the power to call into being a new set of facts. In the end, and with special regard to one particular tribe, experience is eventually going to correct your youthful idealism. Don't get swindled out of your money by the shallow and the predatory in the learning process like I did.
