Becoming Mistress Maye is a relatable, funny and tasteful page turner. With each chapter CJ kept me wondering what was going to happen next! Read all of CJs books and you can pick up on some fun “easter eggs.” I love how the stories were intertwined. I read this book and listened to the audio. I thought the AI narration was great! This story inspires you to find your passion, whatever that may be, and a reminder to be kind to yourself. 🩷

This is one of my all time fav books and I was so excited to see it’s now an audiobook! I was suprised how good it was for being AI narration. As a full time house keeper I listen to a ton of audiobooks. This was the best AI narration I’ve heard and actually better than some audiobooks read by humans. Full cast of voices too! I’ve read this book 3 times but I still learn something new and am reminded why rescue matters. CJ is the reason I am proud to own a TMAR pup of my own. Thank you CJ for telling such an important story and inspiring me to be on the right side of history. 🩷
