Loved the story but .....

I really liked the love story overall. Taboo no less... However, I wish the author would have given the FMC more emotional growth over time. because while setting up the close. The ending was a bit unrealistic and if the FMC had experienced some maturity over time. I believe it would've given a more satisfying end. Overall the taboo love story was a great. the first one I've ever read of this nature.

It's bad enough that the performance is AI so the story is already in monotone. I can't tell which character is speaking at any moment but what's worse is the repetitive phrases and thought processes. I really wanted to give this book a chance but it's a snooze fest 😴 😪 between the monotone AI reading and the constant repetitive statements in every chapter. I can't continue.

I thought this series was done. I didn't want to be lead off of another cliff 😒. . . . . . I ❤️ this series so far. Scarlett can be a whiny hard-headed b*tch but I still love the giant ovaries she possess. I'm head over heels 👠 🤪 for Bohnes but Widow, Alexei, and Ash have all captured my heart so I guess I'm all in to continue our adventure in the next book 📖. They say patience is a virtue 🤔. All bs aside this series is a roller coaster of wit, danger, darkness and oh the spice is dead on and passionately raunchy. I can't wait for the next installment.

I read the prequel and was intrigued 🤔. This book started off nice. Then the storyline took off, and I was on the edge of my seat. Not your typical reverse, harem. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Now, I'm off to read the 2nd part if the duet. Happy reading 📚 ☺️

OMG this book is Everything ❗

Loved It. I read previous reviews but I wasn't ready for the emotional journey this book takes you on. I cried, laughed & swooned over the love in this book. It's a yes for me to recommend this book to everyone who's on the fence or just looking for a good read ... No caps , I hated the male narrator's voice but he doesn't have that many chapters to read..... Thank God

I loved this book and it's characters the author kept you interested and the flow was great however the ending felt a little bit rushed... I'm not a fan of how the book ended there were questions unanswered but overall this book is a Great read

This book took me forever to get into I only finished it to know how it ended... I like reverse harem but this book was very crazy to me ... the ending made no sense to me... I am so lost on the so called emotional relationship with one of the men ... it was totally just thrown together ....... The narration was a lil boring 😴 as well. On some parts of the story I had to rewind and listen over again because of the slow,monotoned narration....... 😟 I can't believe this is part of a series of books that have a similar theme.

Ok The Beginning

I have recently discovered the Hood Rat series and I have fallen in Love with the style of writing by Mr. K'wan.... the character Animal is very intriguing I haven't started his stand alone series yet but I'm glad I discovered this book 1st ... I'm trying not to go thru them so fast .... this author is a great read I cant wait to see what happens next for Animal
