The AI has okay enunciation, but it is emotionless and doesn't fit scene. I often couldn't distinguish if the writing lacked luster or it was the narration. I won't get the next book in the series.

The interplay between the Bobs, ongoing tensions with humans, cool worlds and science. Love it.

The Bobs are trying discover and solve all sorts of problems, all the while creating and discovering more. This is a wonderful Bobiverse sequel. I enjoy their interplays, but especially like the discovery and exploration of new worlds. Taylor is really good with the science and the problems they need to solve with it. Ray Porter is a great reader for this series. Oh, and we are left with hopes for a next book!

Just a good story with a satisfying conclusion.

l like series that reach an end in a reasonable number of books and Steamborn succeeds. It does leave the story open for another series. The writing is enjoyable, the character development is good, and the action and plot move along. The steam mechanical and giant bug world make for an interesting setting.

What a terrific story. I was hoping the three books were the complete series, but no, I have to wait for #4 to come out. Lots of good subplots, character development, twists, wonderful narration. Oh, and it's clean. Well done.

Reynolds was the perfect narrator. After listening to Correia's humorous books , I am very impressed that he also writes so well in a dramatic fantasy.

Consistent characters, good action, and more unfol

I continue to enjoy the series. I t's clean and thoughtful. I really like the ethical conundrum Vance struggled with in this episode. Actually, there were a couple. The team keeps finding more of the bad players and deals them up some justice. Characters are continually tested and good folk keep rising to the top.

Engaging ongoing story with plenty of twists.

Loved it. I get very tired of profanity (okay, so I am a prude) so this writing is great yet adult. The character development continues as the story progresses. Lots more plot revealed. look forward to the next in the series.

What a great mind and and sraightforward writer.

I really appreciated this collection of Sowell's writing put together by him. Even though there was a lot of crossover in the various selections it actually helped to have those observations repeated. I wish I knew about him when I was younger and trying to understand the world!
