It's been nine months since the government collapsed and the spring has brought new troubles. After the Department of Corrections ran out of resources, they released the last remaining inmates into the countryside. With nowhere to go and unable to travel during the Wisconsin winter, the inmates ravaged the city of Fond du Lac. Now that spring is here, they have their eyes set on the agricultural resources of Calumet County...and the Town of Rockport. Can Doug Chapman organize a local militia strong enough to defend the town from the hordes of convicts and the religious cult that leads them?
