This book was really helpful to me. I certainly started being much more conscious about my food and started eating smaller meals. It was useful for me to listen to it. It helped me develop my Weight Loss Hypnosis. My only complaint is that this Audiobook as well as many others I have to listen to lately needs better proof of listening! Years ago you never saw mistakes in an Audiobook. Now I find mistakes all the time. As a result, I can handle the relationships with my community friends and people very well. This Audiobook contains advice and lessons about being able to simply socialize, and is not based too much on advanced concepts; it is fundamental.

The instructor clearly has a passion for sharing Buddhism and putting it in lay terms. I'll definitely be revisiting this audible again! His quiet, humorous delivery is very pleasant to listen to. I really learned a great deal without having to focus deeply - I mostly listened to this.
This audible is a good introduction with a few details and answers to common questions for beginners. . I will be back for more. Thank you for the experience. Tuning in to this is a synergistic method to trigger those lone snapshots of appreciation. I feel progressively great with the Buddha religion.

It seems like most of the time when I get recommended a self help book, it reads like it was only written for people with 12 PhDs. Yeah, maybe your information is good, but like who’s gonna get it? I love that these books are delivered in a down to earth way that makes self improvement accessible to the masses.
