Historia
In 1994, the world looked on in disbelief and horror as Rwanda erupted in violent bloodshed. Now, on the 25th anniversary of the Rwandan genocide, a powerful testimony emerges of the power of God to bring peace and reconciliation into hearts full of fear and hate. In Forgiveness Makes You Free, Father Ubald shares his own dramatic story of how he survived the genocide and its traumatic aftermath. He testifies about how God spared his life so that he might help others with deep physical, emotional, and spiritual wounds to experience peace and healing.

I learned so much from this book. All I can say is WOW! You need to listen to this, the concept of forgiveness and reconciliation are both alive and well with Fr. Ubald and all the people who have shared their stories (and I can only imagine how many stories were not shared.) It put my own life, my own faith into true perspective.

Historia
Heart disease is the number-one killer. However, traditional heart disease protocols - with their emphasis on lowering cholesterol - have it all wrong. Emerging science is showing that cholesterol levels are a poor predictor of heart disease and that standard prescriptions for lowering it, such as ineffective low-fat/high-carb diets and serious, side-effect-causing statin drugs, obscure the real causes of heart disease. The Great Cholesterol Myth reveals the real culprits of heart disease.

My only critique is that I wish there was a PDF for the supplementation, but otherwise, I highly recommend this book. I learned so much.

Medical Truth
Revisado: 03-30-22
I am one of those people that has become disenchanted and distrustful of the AMA and of most of the doctors currently in practice. It is refreshing to hear a doctor with the bravery to start to question and search for real truth. Dr. Ken Berry had done a wonderful job with this book and I feel like he has lead to me to so much more research of my own.
