One thing i love about this book is how it can help anyone to focus more and get their mind under control. It takes something so big that seems impossible and puts it into simple steps and that you can start applying over the six weeks and the rest of your life!

I think most people don't understand why people are vegetarian, and this book will help anyone have a better understanding. This book isn't just for a specific person, but for anyone! People that care about Health, animals, or Global warming and climate change. You will learn a lot from this book in an entertaining way that uses science and evidence to back it up. It's not just a book about veganism but about lifestyle, and the control that we have in our own lives to make an impact on the world!

I'm impressed at the quality and effort that was put into this, being 51 hours long. I find Friedrich Nietzsche to be a very interesting person in history and i knew of some of his works but this was everything! I am pleased by this audible book.

I am not a person that believes in a lot of types of diets. This book has changed my perspective of what we eat and how it not only effects us but the world around us. This book not only focuses on health reasons but for moral reasons. It has so much data to prove what it is saying. It also teaches you a lot about what your body actually needs. It also has recipes and a good guide of how to start to get into a diet and how you have to work your way into it and not just jump right in. I also like that in the front the author talks a little about his life as a vegan and it really is such a cool thing. I will definitely be looking into this diet and lifestyle. This book was definitely worth reading and would strongly suggest it.
