Historia
A major North American hydroelectric dam is blown up and the largest off-shore oil field in this hemisphere is destroyed in a brutal, coordinated terrorist attack. But there was one factor that the terrorists didn't take into account when they struck the Capitana platform off the coast of Colombia—slaughtering much of the crew and blowing up the platform—and that was the Capitana crew chief Dewey Andreas. Dewey, former Army Ranger and Delta, survives the attack, rescuing as many of his men as possible. But the battle has just begun.

Seat of the pants thriller
Revisado: 10-22-13
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Absolutely, great story and nail biting changes. I sat in my car on several occasions waiting for the next chapter.
What did you like best about this story?
The inner conflict with Dewey and the country that betrayed him. Boy did the terrorist make a mistake when they that came after him.
What about Peter Hermann’s performance did you like?
It was great. He kept the accents right and not too overpowering. He was a little rough with Dewey's voice but it drew the whole thing together.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
From beginning to end, it was great.
Any additional comments?
Can't wait to see how the story goes.

Revisado: 08-28-13
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
What a wonderfully well written book with great twists and fun characters. Mitch Rapp is an absolute stud and I highly recommend this one.
What did you like best about this story?
Everything
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Nick Sullivan?
Anyone who actually knows how to pronounce the weapons used. That got old very quickly when he is calling the largest rifle in the world a small bow thing put in a girls hair! Learn your audience and learn your book please!
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
