Good business book
Revisado: 02-18-24
Business books can be hit or miss, doubly so for older ones as the references age. This book is pretty solid for a business book. Some of the references are dated but the book is centered around a ideas related to how marketing should be approached in the 21st century. Better than it’s short too and to the point.

It’s really good. Transcends most business book.

Don’t let the religious affiliation of Chik Fil A dissuade you from listening to this book. A great history of the company and development of the brand from a mall
based unique (chicken sandwich) fast food chain to an iconic brand.

Historia
Since its founding in 1892, GE has been more than just a corporation. For generations, it was job security, a solidly safe investment, and an elite business education for top managers. GE electrified America, powering everything from lightbulbs to turbines, and became fully integrated into the American societal mindset as few companies ever had. And after two decades of leadership under legendary CEO Jack Welch, GE entered the twenty-first century as America's most valuable corporation. Yet, fewer than two decades later, the GE of old was gone.
