Virtual voice is not easy to listen to

I have listened to a couple books with virtual voice, this one included. It is difficult to listen to. I couldn’t get through even half of this one. I felt lost. There is no emotion to virtual voice which makes the story hard to follow. The story seems good, but I can’t finish it.

This story was a good little happy love story. The male narrator is good, and I have listened to him before. The female narrator sounds like a robot or automated operator. Very hard to get into her side of the story. Weird.

I really enjoyed this book. Two things I would say is the author should look at a map of Kentucky, because the geography does not make sense and the narrator would benefit from learning the Kentucky slang and dialect as it is done in first person.
